Your image is made up of a mixture of different things. How you dress which includes the colours you wear, the fits you wear, your hair colour, style and length, your make up (if applicable) accessories and body language. Dress to your body shape which includes wearing the right fits, proportions on top and bottom, the correct cuts and necklines and the correct clothing to shape you.
Wear the colours that are in palette for you individually. These depend on lots of things including your skin tone and undertone, eye and hair colour and eyebrows. You may be a cool or warm palette, and different seasons have different colourings - this is very important.
Mix trends with classic, timeless style that suits your individual body shape and colours. Have fun with trends but make sure they work for you.
Be open to changing up your hair colour, length and cut to get the most out of your colouring and face shape. A good cut can transform your whole face so be brave to try something new that might flatter you more.
Invest in your skincare and make sure you look after your skin really well as it has such a big impact on your overall image. Get to know your skincare regime, follow it daily and enhance it with simple things like water and vegetables as well as slightly more complex things like collagen and retinol.
Grab some statement, timeless accessories like a luxury bag or a nice high street bag (more for the ladies), some classic sunglasses and some timeless every day jewellery to elevate an outfit.
Use positive body language such as hand movements, not crossing your arms, standing up straight with your shoulders back and eye contact - and a smile!

Eat a diet that makes you feel amazing and your body loves you for. Think wholefoods, protein, healthy fats and complex carbs - avoiding sugar, alcohol, processed foods where possible so your body is healthy, slim and energised.
Add in exercise to your life in some form - keep your body guessing by mixing it up a bit with cardio, strength training, walking, pilates, yoga - or whatever you enjoy. Again, remember less is more!
